Valley Home Cemetery will be holding it's
Sprint Clean-up Day on Saturday, May 3rd at 9
am until completed. Volunteers who have weed eaters are asked to bring them
if they can. There is always much mowing, trimming, repairs, trimming
bushes, picking up items and cleaning of the stones to be done. Our
volunteers have also been working in past years on building new foundations
for stones in the old part of the cemetery that are in need of repair. Any
help at all is greatly
appreciated whether it's an hour or until work is completed. The cemetery
association is also looking for a few donated
items such
as supplies to repair foundations and stone for the roadway in a couple
locations. Contact Curt or Carol Jacobs
